Aker BioMarine is moving towards leveraging their learning platform to support more than 400 employees whose locations range from offices to vessels in the Antarctic. This tailored solution enables the vision of a social learning platform to become a reality, integrating both formal and informal learning at the core of their organisation. At the time of writing, their solution now helps to deliver over 120 shareable pieces of content, including training modules and user-uploaded assets for learners worldwide. Crucially, this includes the user-generated content that they needed.

BCF is the global leader in the development, delivery, study, and scale of PTG-based programs. Their offering includes in-person programs (Warrior PATHH and Struggle Well), published books (Struggle Well, Transformed by Trauma, Lead Well, etc), an eLearning course for general audiences (PTG in Practice), and a PTG Certification course for Licensed Mental Health Clinicians.

Coach partnered with GuyKat to enhance and transform their Docebo platform into a more immersive, brand-led learning experience.

While Coach had already achieved strong engagement, they identified an opportunity to evolve the experience further.

With a strong brand identity centred on improving financial health for community and regional financial institutions through people-inspired innovation, Jack Henry’s internal learning platform also needed to reflect this. However, their legacy LMS fell short of delivering the personalised learning experience their associates needed.

To achieve a truly branded learning experience, they partnered with GuyKat, leveraging their Docebo expertise and UX/UI design capabilities.

Knauf faced the complex challenge of launching their Docebo platform from the ground up. They needed to navigate technical configurations, tailor the platform to their unique requirements, and ensure it was scalable enough to support a diverse global audience. Additionally, with a highly individualised and decentralised organisational structure, they required a solution that could accommodate varied regional needs while maintaining a consistent learning experience .

They needed a platform that supports training and development, provides multilingual capabilities to serve their global workforce and nurtures internal talent with deeper engagement. To achieve this, Knauf partnered with Docebo and GuyKat :

Support right from the start: GuyKat consultants helped Knauf set up the platform to best manage a scalable global streamlined approach. They accommodated the individualisation needed for Knauf’s regions and divisions by taking the lead in localisation support, seamlessly implementing multilingual elements across Docebo and establishing a strong infrastructure from ILT training to gamification.

A well-configured platform is wasted unless the content it serves is excellent. GuyKat developed one of the most viewed courses on the platform ‘An Introduction to Human Rights’, which has so far been translated into 15+ languages. GuyKat has also collaborated with Amnesty in a number of successful courses, including Digital Security and Human Rights and the US Gun Violence Crisis. The biggest challenge was making these courses accessible for users across 200 countries in multiple languages. They needed a simple process to replicate courses into different languages, keeping in mind that quality is not compromised. After weeks of hard work, Amnesty with GuyKat has now put in place a process that works brilliantly on both sides.

In 2019 only, over 180,000 people registered interest in signing-up for Amnesty’s Academy. With diverse approaches of learning, online training allows Amnesty to provide individuals with knowledge, skills and understanding and empowers them to contribute to the building and promotion of a universal culture of human rights. The organisation adopted Docebo in 2017 and has collaborated with Guykat ever since, to both develop content for future leaders and human rights activists in a range of different languages and to produce an engaging learner interface in line with Amnesty’s branding.

A key requirement was that the system fully aligned with Amnesty’s branding. Credibility and authenticity are projected when the content is recognisably presented in the voice of the brand. This credibility drives higher user numbers. Additional investment was made in thinking through the user interface. By creating a clear landing page providing two alternate paths for the learner (easy access to find new content and the content they have already enrolled on) there have been increased repeat visits to the site. The success of this approach has seen the landing page translated to over 15 languages.

With an extensive library of onboarding materials and learning programs, the content was hard to find and learners were overwhelmed . Users struggled to locate relevant content to their role.
